Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at riman.seoul@gmail.com. Returns must be requested and approved before being sent back.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.


Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods such as opened beauty products.
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, sale items, or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (if eligible) and place a new order once the return is accepted.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.


Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
